 My friends and I anticipated having the VIP experience we purchased that was listed in the event's information. There were some snafus (late access to food, miniature forks, being told to keep our plates, missing take home mixer and cigar smoking section, etc.) that could have ruined the overall event, but we didn't allow it to do so. Out of all the food, the desserts and roti were fantastic. The DJs were a vibe, and the rum tastings were fair.

   First time attending Rum X Roti. Vibe was wonderful and food was delicious. Maybe more rum tasting in future.

 I wish there was a download button to easily download or “save to photos” for my ticket.

   Registration process was smooth. It was easy to share tickets with friends after purchasing.

 Although there were quite a few reasons to be upset, my friends and I decided to enjoy ourselves and what we had access to!

   Great event. The food and drinks were amazing. The DJs were in point and brought the vibes. I'm definitely going to the next one.

   The food was really late, The fish roti was disgusting and slimy. Very small portions of rice and a sliver of dessert. Was not worth the money for the food at all. The specialty drinks were extremely weak and they only offered two of the four that were supposed to be there and those weren't available from the beginning either. Even at the check-in the woman had such a hard time finding peoples names because it wasn't in alphabetical order and they did not have a scanner

     Good event has alot of potential for growth in miami. All inclusive was a good look.

   Event could start and end later. More options for food.

   The event was well put together, drinks was on point food vender was awesome. The DJ’s keep the vibes alive. Looking forward to next year.

 Glad we got there early. It was a nice time. Djs/entertainment were on point which was expected. A good mix of old and new tunes to cater to everyone. Happy people came to fete, cuz I can’t stand stushness. The sound cutting off was annoying, but understandable. Food was really good. Whoever made the chow mein and fish deserves everything their heart desires. Didn't have the pepper sauce, but the people I went with said it was good. Big up island pops.

  Please have the bottom floor open next time 🙏🏾 And security could have better attitudes overall. (Just understanding West Indian culture and vibes) But was vibes nonetheless!!! More parties in NYCJEL!!! Ah beg...

    I’m giving 3 stars ONLY because the price was really reasonable for unlimited drinks& food. The food was ok, but I was hoping for more authentic curry chicken. The DJ’s were good. I mean, it was a good fete. What we really didn’t like was the way they locked our phones up in those lock bags. What if there was an emergency? And it wasn’t because of any secret sexy entertainment, it was to force people off social media/their devices. It was just a party.

   Music was too loud, drinks was expensive and all you got to eat was one aloo pie.

   It was a great vibe. I love the DJs and location.

   It was nice. Travis was awesome along with all the warm up DJs keep bringing strictly soca events we need it! Lol only think my RSVP didn't tell me it was for happy hour only the young lady at the door told me but was kind to let me in regardless. If the free tickets is free before a certain time my suggestion would be to put it on the ticket as well so folks would know. Other than that it was great. Keep up the good work.

   Great Vibes The djs were on point

   It's a social place for the younger generation. Who is interested in hookah and drinking? The music was old but, good. The stairway is too narrow. If something happens people will get hurt on the stairs.

   Very unorganized. Boat left the dock late. When we were on the top deck the music kept cutting off. Getting food was a disaster.

   Great event and birthday party.

   Venue and liquor was the worst. Music was good

   The event definitely wasn’t worth $60. There weren’t a lot of people who attended, I expected a bigger variety when it came to the drinks, and would’ve liked if they had food selections for vegans/vegetarians. I also felt like the no phone situation wasn’t that great because at the end of the event it made it harder to get in contact with people you may have met there. And where are the videos/pictures being posted at?

     Not enough soca, no signs or directions as to location of entrance at venue. Not enough women in the party, not enough people at the party.

  It was cool, but started extremely late. Cute venue. Music was dope. Food was good. The drink line was long once the crowd arrived (I would suggest another bartender). Ran out of water. Overall, I enjoyed myself
